The Effect of Burnout on the Level of Organizational Commitment a Comparison Study Between the College of Economics and Administration and Al-Mustaqbal University College in Babylon

Abstract

This paper aims to study the mutual influence between the organizational burnout and commitment .This paper makes a comparison between the college of Economics and Administration/University of Babylon and Al-Mustaqbal University College to identify the difference between the answers of the sample of study which has been randomly chosen to which ( 50 ) questionnaires are applied . The questionnaire is designed by the researcher in accordance with the teaching staff in both colleges mentioned above . and data analysis, we found that there are disparities in the proportion of the effect of the collapse on the level of commitment of the individual between the two colleges due to different conditions and business climate between them and the low level of loyalty and affiliation research sample of Al-Mustaqbal University College towards their organization because of the weakness of the means of reinforcement used by the college to increase their loyalty to it, so we recommend the necessity of taking into consideration the means of strengthening loyalty and affiliation by Al-Mustaqbal University College to raise the level of commitment of its members working toward it. And work to make the regulatory climate in the Al-Mustaqbal University College as a private college being close to a climate of government colleges through the commitment of students behaviors and controls itself by activating the system of students discipline .
