Abstract

As a result of the rapid development and the search for modern and new technology. The new organizations are interested in intangibles because they represent the real wealth of the latest ideas , knowledge, and experience in the latest in the concept of the modern management which can be employed to achieve a Organizational Creativity. Today the organization realize that they do not compete through their possession of those assets and intangibles abilities , but through a set of Intangibles as a source to create the real wealth and vital flow of the creative values ideas and experiences. . This study aims at employment of Intangibles which their fields ( knowledge , Innovation , patent , copyrights, Technology of information ) in achieving the Organizational Creativity with its fields (Solving- problem , Risk-taking , Creativity encouragement , Extension of communications ) .The study is based on a set of main branch hypotheses to show the relationship of impact and correlation between Intangibles and their fields and Organizational Creativity with its field supposed plan has been built to show the logical relationship between the variables of the study
