The Impact of Crowd Psychology in Supporting Organizational Excellence: An Analytical Study of the Views of a Sample of Employees Working In Departments of the Presidency of the University of Mosul

Abstract                                

 The research deals with an extremely important concept which is the psychology of crowds and the extent to which this variable affects organizational excellence, and whether this variable (crowd psychology) contributes in achieving organizational excellence. On this basis, two hypotheses are formulated to prove the correlation and influence relationships between the two variables of the research.  A sample of 50 questionnaire forms suitable for the analysis have been distributed  in some departments of the Presidency of the University of Mosul, which represented a community for the current research. A number of conclusions and recommendations are presented in this research representing the findings of the research in its practical side.
