Abstract

Muthanna governnarett has all the requirements and elements ofagricultural development where there is arable land and vast quantities of water agood addition the availability of agriculture labor force . From this point of view theneed for the researcher modern scientific methods need to use and the best use ofall resources available . That will make this government to maintain enough foodbasket for itself and its neighboring government . Therefore , the researcherrecommends the need to provide all the necessities of modern machines,mechanisms and in sufficient numbers, the provision of modern irrigation methods,encouraging farmers to return to agriculture by encouraging and supporting localproduct so that there is financial returns good for the farmer encouraged onagriculture. Also can take advantage of foreign investment in agriculture for thebenefit of international experience in this area and the necessity of selectingappropriate crops for the agricultural conditions in the provinc
