Abstract

The organizational change characteristic of the modern enterprise , and this change is not spontaneous but rather imposed by the circumstances surrounding the institution , It or survival of institutions is a bet and preoccupation with leading administrators, Through this we say that the success of organizational change in the organization not only be a pattern of effective leadership , it has similar goals of institutions to change but the results of organizational change for different leadership styles in institutions. through this article we aim to highlight the role of leadership style in the process of organizational change , in addition to the role of personal variables ( gender , age , educational level, professional experience, career center ) so individuals in the process of organizational change.
