الملخص
هدف البحث إلى التعرف على الدور الذي يمكن أن تؤديه خفة الحركة التنظيمية في تعزيز التفوق الاستراتيجي للمنظمات . وسلطت الضوء على حاجة المنظمات إلى اعتماد نموذج جديد للأعمال يستند الى أن المنظمات خفيفة الحركة تستطيع تحقيق التفوق الاستراتيجي في ظل البيئات الدينامية ‘ إذ عملت على اختبار علاقات التأثير بين خفة الحركة التنظيمية وبين التفوق الاستراتيجي. وقد ضمَّ النموذج بالإضافة الى المتغيرين المشار اليهما متغيراً ثالثا ألا وهو الدينامية البيئية بعدِّهِ متغيراً تفاعلياً. وكانت المنظمات المستهدفة هي الجامعات والكليات الأهلية في منطقة الفرات الاوسط ، البالغ عددها (11) جامعة وكلية أهلية . واعتمدت البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لآراء رؤساء الأقسام في تلك الكليات والبالغ عددهم (114) واستخدمت الاستبانة أداة لجمع البيانات الخاصة بمتغيراتها .ونقل البحث رسالة مشجعة إلى الكليات المبحوثة بشكل خاص والمنظمات عموما ، هي ان التفوق المنشود على المستوى الاستراتيجي يمكن أن يتحقق عندما تتمكن تلك الكليات من ضمان المستوى المطلوب من خفة الحركة التنظيمية. وخرجت البحث بعدد من التوصيات من أهمها ضرورة إيلاء خفة الحركة في المؤسسات التعليمية اهتماما اكبر من المعنيين بشؤونها ، وترسيخ السلوكيات المؤدية لها كما يتعين عليها تطوير استراتيجيات تعمل على تعزيز دوافع التفوق الاستراتيجي لنيل المواقع المرموقة في التصنيفات العالمية.

The role of organizational agility in enhancing the strategic superiority of organizations in dynamic environments: An analytical study in a number of private universities and colleges in the Middle Euphrates region in Iraq

Abstract
The research aimed to identify the role of organizational agility in enhancing the strategic superiority of organizations. As well as highlighting the need for organizations to adopt a new business model based on the fact that light-moving organizations can achieve strategic excellence in a dynamic environment as the impact relationships between organizational agility and strategic superiority is tested. In addition to the two mentioned variables, the model included a third variable, which is the environmental dynamism after it, an interactive variable. The targeted organizations were the private universities and colleges in the Middle Euphrates region, which consist of 11 private universities and colleges. The research adopted the descriptive and analytical approach to the opinions of 114 of the head departments in those colleges based on a questionnaire used as a tool to collect data related to its variables. The research conveyed an encouraging message to the researched colleges in particular and the organizations in general, that the desired superiority at the strategic level can be achieved when those colleges are able to guarantee the required level of agility of organizational movement. The research came out with a number of recommendations, the most important of which is the need to give greater agility in educational institutions more attention from those concerned with their affairs, and to establish behaviors leading to them, as well as developing strategies that work to enhance the motives of strategic excellence in order to gain prestigious positions in global rankings.
