الملخص
بهدف بيان وتحليل العلاقة بين الرشاقة الاستراتيجية ونظم المناعة التنظيمية للمصارف عينة البحث فقد انطلق البحث بهدف الحصول على اجابة للسؤال التالي :
هل لابعاد الرشاقة الاستراتيجية (الحساسية الاستراتيجية , وحدة القيادة , سيولة الموارد ) اثر في نظم المناعة التنظيمية ؟
وانطلق البحث من فرضية تفيد بوجود علاقة تأثير ذات دلالة احصائية بين متغير الرشاقة الاستراتيجية بابعاده ومتغير نظم المناعة التنظيمية , بعد الفرضية اتبع البحث الحالي المنهج التحليلي الوصفي لاختبار وتحليل نتائج البحث من خلال استمارة الاستبيان التي وزعت على (230) متخذ قرار في المصارف الحكومية والخاصة عينة البحث تم استرداد (221) استبانة منها وكان الصالح للتحليل (200) تم تحليلها بالاعتماد على برامج احصائية مثل SPSS.V.26 , AMOS.V.24 , وكانت اهم النتائج ان للرشاقة الاستراتيجية دور ايجابي في تعزيز نظم المناعة التنظيمية في المصارف الحكومية والخاصة عينة البحث
The Role of Strategic Agility in Enhancing the Organizational Immune Systems of Iraqi’s Public and Private Sector Banks

Abstract
In order to clarify and analyze the relationship between strategic agility and organizational immunity systems, this research aims to find an answer to the following question:
Does the strategic agility has an effect on banks organizational immune systems ?
This research has also relied on a main hypothesis which is : there is a statistically significant effect of the strategic agility on Banks organizational immune systems. The present study follows the analytical descriptive approach, and a questionnaire has been designed as a mine tool to collect data from the study sample. (230) copies of the questionnaire have been distributed on decision makers on the working in the public and private sector Banks, (221) of them have been retrieved, the suitable for analysis are (200) , which have been analyzed by relying on statistical programs such as SPSS.V.26, AMOS.V.24. The most important results are that the strategic agility has a positive role in strengthening the regulatory immune systems in government and private banks of the study sample
