Abstract

Organizational change is a necessary process for continuous improvement and development. Therefore, the research aims to identify the main dimensions of organizational change and its relationship to improving the quality of health services, especially in light of the privatization of health transformation programs in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This change, especially the organizational change, is a challenge for senior management and employees, with the need to ensure a high quality of health services in the government sector. Therefore a change in the privatization of the sector will be affected without any doubt, positively or negatively, and this is what the researchers focused on. In this research, the questionnaire tool was used for the descriptive analysis of a random sample of (301) administrative and health officials from the organization’s community, which amounts to (1313) individuals, to reach statistically significant results, and the SPSS program was used to analyze the search results. Among the most prominent results was a positive and statistically significant correlation between the dimensions of organizational change and the quality of health services. By maintaining a high level of quality that keeps pace with recent changes and developments and spreading the culture of quality to all administrative and health units so that workers realize the importance of quality in the field of health services.
