Abstract

The aim of this research is mainly to focus on improving employees’ performance through utilizing superior leadership styles and developing the creative abilities of employees. In addition, it identifies the impact of the research variables superior leadership and creative abilities on the performance of employees. To achieve the study’s objectives, the researchers utilized the descriptive analytical method by preparing a survey list (questionnaire form) prepared scientifically. This form was distributed to (employees, department managers, assistant managers, and consultants) at the Muthanna Cement Company. A total of 170 questionnaires were distributed and completed. It was fully recovered, and the necessary statistical analyses were performed to verify the study hypotheses.

This study reached a set of results, the most significant is the positive impact of superior leadership on the performance of employees and the positive role achieved by developing creative capabilities in improving the performance of workers in cement factories in Muthanna. Therefore, this study recommends the need for cement factories in Muthanna to study the market and the internal and external factors affecting the performance of employees, as well as the need for the Board of Directors to hold specialized training courses and workshops in the industrial sector and hold conferences and scientific seminars to introduce the extent and importance of using the superior leadership method in improving and raising the performance of employees.
