Abstract

The aim of the study is to analyze the financial balance sheet of the Agricultural Bank and to determine the extent to which total expenditure and total revenues can affect the balance sheet for the period from 2010 to 2016 based on the balance sheet. These variables specify the relative importance from the banking point of view. The statistical program SPSS was used to show the relationship between the effect of total expenditure and total income on the financial balance sheet for the purpose of estimating the multiple regression model. The analysis showed a significant effect through the results. The study recommends the need to emphasize that there are certain interest rates on the loans granted to cover part of the revenues of the financial balance sheet, and follow-up the repayment of loans granted by the bank to farmers of all types, which have a significant impact on revenues of the financial balance sheet and the need to provide support by the government for the importance the financial side of the Agricultural Bank for the purpose of providing agricultural loans to farmers
