The Research reach to lineaments exploration the Psychological capital for ” in its dimensions (Self efficacy, Optimism, Hope and Resiliency) , and its impact on The dependable variable the employees engagement ” in its elements (Vigor, Dedication , and Absorption) . According to the preceding the research adopted a program , complete ,descriptive and analysis , for study variables , the questionnaire user as a basic tool for data collect , formation sample study form(52) individual represents (in the College of Administration and Economics and use many tools statistics as Standards deviation, Means, Coefficient of Variation, correlations , and ANOVA , in assistance the ready program (SPSS var.20) . The study find to being correlation and impact for Psychological capital on high employees engagement and introduce numeral from recommendations .
