Abstract

This paper investigates the role of entrepreneurial orientation in different dimensions including(innovativeness, proactiveness, risk taking) in reform of basic roles for the university and its function such (teaching process, scientific research functions, social service function). This paper uses a sample of size (50) of academic leaders in the university of Al-Qadisiya . Results show that the colleges are interested in the innovativeness and proactiveness activities in teaching process, scientific research and social service
