Abstract

The building system of innovation in the context of the institutional and regulatory requires more than just awareness of the importance of innovation. This research explored aspects of multi-innovation, and the factors that lead to the production of innovative, which requires the presence of the body cybernetic – a human within the organization called human capital, within its framework, the individual or group of individuals according to the assets they have competencies; talents; and specialized expertise is creating creative ideas and turn them into successful innovations.
