Abstract

The aim of the research is to identify food security and performance auditing. It also aims to apply food security indicators to relevant public sector institutions to identify the positive and negative points in the performance of these institutions for the purpose of achieving food security. The research reached the most important conclusions: The dimensions of each dimension include a set of indicators that can be applied to the relevant institutions through performance auditing for the purpose of measuring the performance of these institutions in achieving food security, and the need for internal auditor and external auditor in public institutions (agriculture, health, sewage, water) And the implementation of indicators of food security for the purpose of measuring the contribution of the institution in the dimensions of food security. The study also reached the most important recommendations, namely the activation of the performance audit of institutions related to food security through the implementation of food security indicators on the performance of these institutions for the purpose of knowing the positive and negative points in achieving food security , And the need for the internal auditor and external auditor of public institutions (agriculture, health, sewage, water) to follow up and implement food security indicators to measure the organization’s contribution to food security.
