Abstract

The aim of the research is to identify the most important problems facing the development of the banking service and its marketing characteristics and the positives that result from this development in banking marketing in the activities of banking institutions and their role in influencing the commercial market and satisfying the needs and desires of customers. During which many conclusions and recommendations were reached, most notably the need to re-engineer the administrative work in banks with a focus on training the banking staff working inside and outside the bank in line with the recent global developments and work on the creation of suction services Faithful and new work on the development of existing services in line with the needs of the customers and the survival and the continuation of the bank.
