Empowerment Culture Effect in learning Organizations a practical Study of General Company for Rubber Industries / Al-Diwaniyah

Abstract

Testing the current search effused culture of empowerment inorganizations, learning the head applied at the General Company for RubberIndustries in the city of Diwaniyah, and identifies research hypothesis mainconclusion that there are significant effect of a culture of empowerment inorganizations, learning, and data was collected through a form questionnaire, whichconsists of two parts , the first part concerns the culture of empowerment, and thesecond part singled out organizations to learn, has been to rely on statisticalprogram spss to analyze the results as the results show the health of the hypothesisand sub-formulated set of conclusions and recommendations thereon Perhaps themost prominent on the management of the organization to provide all the resourcesand facilities that will gain and create new knowledge.
