Abstract

Abstract The present study aims to explan the role of behavioral differentiation played in crystallizing organization identification and its reflection in reducing deviance work behavior. The study data from the views of the employees of the college has collected the Islamic University in Qadisiyah The number of those who have made their views amounted to (55) individuals between employees and teaching and the leader Administrative. The hypothesis of the study was examined for the correlations and direct and indirect effects between the variables of the study . The results proved the validity of most of the assumptions and concluded with some recommendations for the betterment of the study and its implications to develop the status of education in Iraq in general and the studied organization in particular.
