الملخص
يتوافق تحليل الاستقرار المالي مع تحليل السلامة المالية المتعارف عليها, فهو يعتمد على مؤشرات قياسية تشمل مجموعة من النسب , والذي يهمنا هو مؤشرات السلامة المالية للقطاع المصرفي العراقي حصرا, اذ ان من المهم وعند تحليل المخاطر الناشئة داخل اي نظام مالي تقسيم المؤشرات على مجموعات : الاولى تركز على التطورات داخل المؤسسات الفردية وتأثير الازمات على مستوى هذه المؤسسات , والثانية , تركز على النظام المالي ككل , وتهدف الى الحد من تأثيرات الازمة المالية.

Abstract
The analysis of financial stability is consistent with the analysis of recognized financial soundness. It is based on standard indicators that include a set of ratios. What concerns us are the indicators of the financial soundness of the Iraqi banking sector exclusively. it is important when analyzing the risks arising within any financial system to divide the indicators into groups. First, it focuses on developments within individual institutions and the impact of crises at the level of these institutions. Second, it focuses on the financial system as a whole, and aims to reduce the effects of the financial crisis
