Abstract:

In order to clarify and analyze the relationship between Organizational immune systems and the strategic success, this research aim to find an answer to the following question:

Does the organization immune systems  has an effect on Banks strategic success?

This research has also rely on main hypothesis which is that (there is a statistically significant effect for the organizational immune system on Banks strategic success). By following the analytical descriptive approach, and depending of a questionnaire as a mine tool to collecting data from the study sample, (230) questionnaires were distributed on decision maker on the working in the public and private sector Banks, (221) questionnaires have been  retrieved, the suitable for analysis were (200) , which were analyzed by relying on statistical programs such as SPSS.V.26, AMOS.V.24 The most important results were that the organizational immune systems have a positive role in promoting strategic success in the governmental and private banks, the study sample
