Abstract
The research aims to identify the role of servant leadership in enhancing organizational Ambidexterity in a group of governmental and private banks operating in Iraq. The research is trying to answer the following question:
Do the dimensions of servant leadership have an impact on achieving organizational Ambidexterity of the banks?
The research identified a main hypothesis which is that there is a statistically significant relationship between the servant leadership and the Organizational aambidexterity . The research has adopted descriptive analytical approach to test and analyze the results of the study and by using the questionnaire as a main tool for data and information collection. (230) questionnaire forms were distributed among decision makers working in governmental and private sector banks working in Iraq, A total of (221) questionnaires were retrieved, and (200) copies were valid for analysis, which were analyzed using statistical programs such as (SPSS.V.26) as well as (AMOS.V.24) and Using statistical methods represented in path analysis and structural equation modeling. The most prominent finding reached is that the servant leadership has a positive role in enhancing Ambidexterity of the banks.
