Abstract
This study discusses the effect of organizational silence on the quality of health. It tries to introduce a theoretical framework about the variables according to the previous literature .It also introduces an analytical framework for the opinions of the sample of (70) employees at Al Diwaniyah Educational hospital ( doctors, pharmacists, health and administrative professions ) . In addition, a sample of the patients of (80) people . The organizational silence as an independent variable is expressed through three dimensions (Acquiescent silence ,Defensive silence, Social silence) . The quality of service is adopted as a dependent variable. The researcher used the questionnaire as a tool to measure the variables of the study. The first section is devoted to measure organizational silence based on a scale of (Buroys, 2020), while the second section is accounted to measure the quality of health service based on the scale of (Yesilada & Direkto, 2010) . The researcher has used a set of statistical tools such as Pearson correlation coefficient , multiple regression analysis , F and R2 tests . The study has found a set of conclusions and recommendations among them is the relationship of a statistically significant effect to the dimensions of organizational silence on the quality of health service in the hospital.
