Abstract

This research aimed to test the impact of orientation toward learning as an independent variable in strategic response operations as a dependent variable in Al-Sadr Hospital. The researchers relied on the descriptive analytical approach in analyzing the data, and relied on a comprehensive survey method for members of the research population. The researchers used the questionnaire as a tool to collect primary data from the research population. The researchers used appropriate statistical programs for this purpose to obtain the appropriate results, which are (AMOS V 24 & SPSS V 26) to analyze the primary data. The statistical analysis showed a number of results findings indicate there is a significant effect of the orientation toward learning in strategic response processes, these findings encourage enhanced strategic response and health sustainability. The research highlights important topics in strategic management and links important variables in health organizations that will enhance response and health sustainability.
