تسعى الوحدات الاقتصادية لتبني الأساليب الحديثة لإدارة التكاليف والاعتماد على استراتيجيات وتقنيات كلفوية حديثة كإدارة الجودة الشاملة لتحقيق جودة المنتج وتجنب الأخطاء والعيوب في منتجاتها للمحافظة على الزبائن الحاليين واكتساب زبائن جدد فضلاً عن رغبتها في تحقيق المتطلبات البيئية مما يفرض عليها إيجاد التوازن بين تكاليف الجودة والتكاليف التي تتحملها الوحدة الاقتصادية بهدف حماية البيئة والاستخدام الأمثل للموارد الطبيعية الذي ينبغي تحقيق التكامل بينهما ، وجاء هذا البحث ليحقق هذا الهدف من خلال إيجاد العلاقة بين تكاليف الجودة وتكاليف الإنتاج الانظف اللذان يساهمان في تخفيض التكاليف وتحسين جودة المنتج وتحقيق رضا الزبائن مما يؤدي الى زيادة الحصة السوقية للوحدة الاقتصادية وتحقيق الأرباح وتوصل الباحثان الى ان قياس تكاليف الإنتاج الانظف وتكاليف الجودة والافصاح عنهما بتقارير منفصلة يساهم في حماية البيئة والاستغلال الأمثل للموارد الطبيعية وتخفيض التكاليف الانتاجية وإنتاج منتجات صديقة للبيئة بجودة عالية تشبع حاجات ورغبات الزبائن.

Integration of the cleaner production costs and the quality costs to improve product quality

Abstract

The economic units seek to adopt modern methods of cost management and depend on modern cost strategies and techniques such as total quality management. This is to achieve product quality and avoid errors and defects in their products. In addition, it seeks to maintain existing customers and acquire new ones as well as  satisfying environmental requirements, which imposes them to find a balance between quality costs and costs incurred to economic unity with the aim of protecting the environment and optimal use of natural resources that should be achieve integration. This research came to achieve this goal by finding the relationship between the quality costs and the cleaner production costs that contribute to reducing costs and improving product quality and achieving customer satisfaction. This , in turn  leads to increasing the market share of the economic unit and increase profits.  the researchers concluded that measuring the costs of cleaner production and costs of quality and disclosing them with separate reports contribute to protect the environment and optimal exploitation of natural resources, reducing production costs and environmentally friendly products of high quality that satisfy the needs and desires of customers.
