الملخص
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر عمليات إدارة المعرفة على متطلبات الإدارة الالكترونية لدى الموظفين العالمين في الجامعة الإسلامية وجامعة الازهر. وطرحت سؤال رئيس وهو: ما هو أثر عمليات إدارة المعرفة في متطلبات الإدارة الإلكترونية لدى الموظفين العاملين في الجامعات الفلسطينية؟؟ وتم اختيار الجامعة الإسلامية وجامعة الازهر في غزة لإجراء الدراسة عليها. و تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لملائمته الظاهرة محل الدراسة، وتم تصميم استبيان أعد خصيصاً لتحقيق اهادف هذه الدراسة، حيث تم الاعتماد على طريقة العينة العشوائية الطبقية، حيث تم توزيع (180) استبانة على مجتمع الدراسة وتم الحصول على (160) استبانة صالحة للتحليل بنسبة استرداد (88.9{d34009ddab7658393c797136445bd14551e585ef59452876605d95d065928e32})، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج منها: تؤثر عمليات إدارة المعرفة على متطلبات الإدارة الالكترونية بشكل إيجابي، في الجامعة الإسلامية وجامعة الازهر. يوجد أثر إيجابي لعمليات (تشخيص- توليد- توزيع) المعرفة على الإدارة الالكترونية في الجامعة الإسلامية وجامعة الازهر. لا يوجد أثر لعمليات (تخزين، تطبيق) المعرفة على الإدارة الالكترونية في الجامعة الإسلامية وجامعة الازهر. ولا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات تقدير أفراد عينة الدراسة تُعزى الى البيانات الشخصية “الجنس، العمر، المستوى التعليمي، عدد سنوات الخدمة، موقع العمل)) بين إدارة المعرفة والإدارة الالكترونية. ومن النتائج التي توصلت إليها الباحثة تم التوصل للتوصيات الاتية: توصي الدراسة إدارات الجامعات الفلسطينية بالاستمرار في تطبيق إدارة المعرفة لدورها الإيجابي على الإدارة الالكترونية. وتطوير دور عمليات إدارة المعرفة (تشخيص-توليد-توزيع) في الإدارة الالكترونية، وذلك بزيادة الاهتمام بها، ووضعها ضمن خططها التشغيلية للجامعات.

Abstract
This study aimed to identify the impact of knowledge management operations on the requirements of electronic management for employees working at the Islamic University and Al-Azhar University. A major question was asked: What is the impact of knowledge management operations on the requirements of electronic management for employees working in Palestinian universities? The Islamic University and Al-Azhar University in Gaza were selected for the study. The questionnaire was based on the descriptive analytical method for its apparent suitability. The questionnaire was designed specifically to achieve the objectives of this study, where the method was adopted on the stratified random sample method. A number of 180 questionnaires were distributed to the studied community and 160 valid questionnaires were obtained for analysis with a recovery rate of 88.9{d34009ddab7658393c797136445bd14551e585ef59452876605d95d065928e32}. The study reached several results, including: the knowledge management operations affect the requirements of the electronic management positively at the Islamic University and Al-Azhar University. There is a positive impact on (diagnosis, generation, distribution) of the knowledge operations of the electronic management at the Islamic University and Al-Azhar University. There is no impact of (processes, storage) of knowledge of electronic management at the Islamic University and Al-Azhar University. There are no statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the study sample, attributed to personal data (gender, age, educational level, number of years of service, workplace), and the knowledge and electronic management. Among the findings of the researcher were the following recommendations: the study recommends that the Palestinian university administrations should continue to apply knowledge management for its positive role on the electronic management. It is also recommended that the role of knowledge management processes (diagnosis, generation, distribution) in electronic management need to be developed by increasing interest in them, and put them in their operational plans for universities.
